Adult Protective Services:
Adult Protective Services (APS) is committed to helping seniors (65 and older) and dependent adults (ages 18-64) live in a safe environment free from abuse and exploitation. Adult Protective Services (APS) investigates, intervenes and provides services to those who are unable to protect their own interests or to care for themselves. Social workers investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation and abandonment, and also help provide information and referrals for housing, food, clothing and case management.

In-Home Supportive Services:
In-home supportive services are available for people who are aged, blind or disabled, can not perform activities of daily living and cannot remain safely in their own homes without help. We work with local caregivers to ensure that these people are able to remain in familiar surroundings – safely, comfortably and with as much independence as possible. Recipients may receive assistance with daily tasks, such as:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Grooming
- Feeding
