Elderly Man: Protect seniors physically, emotionally, financially.The Adult Protective Services (APS) program provide emergency response and case management services aimed at preventing or correcting physical or emotional abuse, neglect, exploitation, or financial abuse of elders or dependent adults. Elder adults are defined as age 65 or older; dependent adults are defined as persons between the age of 18 and 64 who have physical or mental limitations which restrict their ability to carry out normal daily activities, or prohibit them from protecting themselves from abuse.
